This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer made by [Interappa LLC], a legally registered entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who accepts this offer by purchasing digital 3D animation products through the online store available at [www.asseteka.com] (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.
