ДОГОВІР ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ОФЕРТИ

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer made by [Interappa LLC], a legally registered entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and is addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) who accepts this offer by purchasing digital animation products through the online store available at [www.asseteka.com] (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Seller grants the Buyer access to download digital 3D animation files (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) via the Website.
1.2. The Products are delivered in digital format and do not require physical delivery.
1.3. All rights to the Products belong to the Seller or to the original copyright holders, unless otherwise stated.

2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. The Buyer places an order through the Website by selecting the Products and proceeding to payment.
2.2. Payment is made using available online payment methods.
2.3. After successful payment, the Buyer receives access to download the purchased Products.
2.4. Prices are listed on the Website and may be changed by the Seller without prior notice.

3. License and Use
3.1. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the purchased Products for personal or commercial purposes — depending on the type of license selected at the time of purchase.
3.2. The Buyer is not permitted to distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Products in their original or modified form, unless expressly permitted.
3.3. Violation of the license terms may result in its termination and legal consequences.

4. Returns and Cancellations
4.1. Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
4.2. If a Product is found to be defective or unavailable for download, the Buyer must contact customer support within 7 days of purchase to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to 3D animations, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.
5.2. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
6.2. The Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. The Buyer agrees to the terms of the Seller’s [Privacy Policy], which governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance by the Buyer through the act of purchase.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The new version of the Agreement becomes effective upon its publication on the Website.
8.3. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
