Asseteka Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Asseteka website, owned by Interappa Limited (Ukraine).

2. Registration and Account
Registration is mandatory for making purchases. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information: email, first name, last name, date of birth, and country of residence.

Registration and making purchases on the site are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and older.

3. Use of Assets
All assets purchased on Asseteka are provided under a Royalty-Free license. You may use the purchased asset in an unlimited number of your projects.

Reselling or distributing assets in their original, unmodified form is prohibited.

You are personally responsible for ensuring your use of the purchased assets complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Using assets for AI training, machine learning, data scraping, or similar processes without explicit consent from Asseteka or asset authors is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through secure payment services. Refunds are possible only if the asset has not been downloaded. Once the asset is downloaded, refunds are not possible.

5. Content Upload
Initially, only the Asseteka team provides content. In the future, authors will have the opportunity to upload their assets for sale on the platform after moderation. Asseteka will retain a commission from the sales of such assets.

6. Technical Support
Technical support is available through the contact form on the website (Contacts section), where you can select a topic: General or Support.

7. Privacy
Asseteka collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Asset Updates
Asseteka may periodically update assets to fix bugs, add new features, or improve compatibility. You will receive notifications about available updates in your personal account and can download them for free if you previously purchased the asset.

9. Intellectual Property Protection
Decompilation, reverse engineering, or any other methods of obtaining the source code of assets are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the asset license.

10. Limitation of Liability
Asseteka provides the platform and assets on an "as is" basis, without any warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. Asseteka is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use purchased assets.

11. Termination of Access
Asseteka reserves the right to immediately terminate access to the service and block your account in case of violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms of Service
Asseteka reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the website or email. Continued use of Asseteka after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved according to the current legislation of Ukraine. If you detect unauthorized use or resale of our assets, please notify us immediately.
