Which license applies

This Product License applies to purchases that identify it as their license. Interappa Limited is the licensor. Your existing purchase remains governed by the license and version recorded for that purchase; updating this page does not replace it. Check your purchase details in Orders or Library.

Your license at a glance

• Use purchased assets in any number of personal or commercial projects, including games made for clients.
• Modify the purchased assets to fit your projects.
• Distribute your finished projects with the assets incorporated into them.
• Do not sell or give away the assets themselves as a reusable collection, even after modifying them.

The license covers only the purchased content. Buying selected animations grants no right to unpurchased animations or editable Source files. Editable Source includes the editable project and complete Runtime access described for that product. No ownership of the underlying assets is transferred.

No redistribution as assets

You may not resell, give away, sublicense or publish the original or modified assets as a standalone asset pack, downloadable resource library or competing asset product. An end-product distribution must not be used to provide the assets for other people’s independent reuse.

Working with a team

Your employees and contractors may access the purchased files to work on your projects. This access does not give them a separate right to reuse the assets in their own projects or distribute the files to others. The same restrictions on standalone asset distribution apply to their work.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. You do not have to credit Asseteka or Interappa Limited in your project, credits or product description.

Spine and other third-party software

Asseteka’s Spine Animation Runtime package contains animation data and textures. It is not Esoteric Software’s engine runtime library or a Spine Editor license. Separately obtained tools and integration software remain subject to their own terms.

Before integrating or distributing Spine-based software, review the official Spine Runtimes License Agreement and Spine Editor License Agreement. An Asseteka purchase does not replace those requirements.

Versions and your rights

Later product updates or changes to this page do not rewrite a purchased license. The license covers the content included in your purchase; separately offered products or unpurchased editions are not included automatically.
