1. Who operates the store

Asseteka is the store brand. The seller and operator is Interappa Limited, a company registered in Ukraine. See Seller Details or use our Contact form. Asseteka is not a marketplace of independent sellers.

2. Your account and purchase

You can browse without an account. You need an Asseteka account to complete a purchase and access your Library. Keep your sign-in details secure and use accurate account information. Contact support if you cannot access a purchase.

Before payment, review the product description, included animations, selected edition, technical requirements and license. Runtime and Editable Source are different editions; buying individual animations does not buy every animation in the product.

The final checkout shows the selected contents and total. Adding an item to the cart or signing in does not take payment. Access is granted after the server verifies a successful payment, not merely when the browser returns from the payment page.

3. Prices and payment

Catalog and order prices are in USD. The final checkout total includes any eligible discount or upgrade credit. Monobank handles card payment and may process the equivalent in UAH, showing the amount before confirmation. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion or charges; Asseteka does not promise a fixed exchange rate.

Eligible upgrade credit applies to the same product. It is a reduction in the upgrade price, not a cash balance or a payment to you. A later price change does not rewrite an earlier order or the amount paid.

Interappa Limited is not registered for VAT in Ukraine. This status does not mean that purchases are exempt from every tax in every country. Review the total displayed before authorising payment. See Seller Details for registration information.

4. Digital delivery and updates

Products are digital downloads, not physical shipments. Library provides the files covered by your current access. Editable Source includes the editable Spine project and complete Runtime access. Individual Runtime purchases are combined into one package of the animations you own for that product.

For supported Runtime downloads, you can choose Straight alpha + Bleed or Premultiplied alpha (PMA). The choice changes the texture workflow, not the purchased animations, saved events or original package.

A one-time purchase provides access to the purchased content under its license. Check the product’s Compatibility and Releases sections for version-specific information. An asset purchase does not include a license for third-party authoring tools or engine integrations.

5. Licenses, support and refunds

Use of the files is governed by the product-license version identified for your purchase, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Read the Product License and the license information for the selected product.

See the Refund Policy for the current self-service process and the separate statutory-rights boundary. A failed automatic eligibility check does not settle whether you have a legal remedy. Report delivery or compatibility problems through support.

6. Your purchase records

Your order retains the terms and product-license version recorded for that purchase. Updating this page does not change those earlier terms or expand or reduce an existing license.

7. Questions and legal rights

For questions or a complaint, contact Interappa Limited with enough information to identify the issue. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights or prevents you from contacting a competent authority.
