Who is responsible
Interappa Limited, registered in Ukraine, operates Asseteka and determines how the store’s customer data is used. Seller Details are part of this notice. Send privacy questions through our Contact form.
Data used by the store
- Account data: email address, display name, preferred locale, password hash, account and security status, and confirmation or recovery records.
- Commerce data: cart selections, quotes, orders, purchased editions and animations, prices, payment references and outcomes, refunds and upgrade credits.
- Access and evidence: entitlements, license versions, acceptance timestamps and document hashes, download authorization and delivery records, and security or audit events. Registration evidence includes a derived request fingerprint using the IP address and browser user agent.
- Saved Runtime work: animation-event customizations and generated-download records associated with your account and owned product.
- Requests to support: the contact details and information you choose to send.
The store processes IP addresses for request security and rate limits. Technical request information may also appear in access and error logs used to operate and protect the service.
Product pages show the number of recorded page views in the preceding 7 days. A visible page sends a short-lived, single-page token to our own server. The counter stores only the product, a random page-event identifier and its timestamp, without an account link, IP address, browser fingerprint, visitor cookie or local-storage identifier. Reloading a page is another view; this number does not represent unique people. Repeated delivery of the same event is counted once. Expired events are removed in bounded batches as new views arrive.
Purposes and legal grounds
Account and purchase information supports account access, order fulfilment, downloads, support and refunds. Security and audit data help protect accounts, investigate misuse and keep reliable transaction evidence. Some records may also be needed for legal and accounting obligations.
These purposes concern providing the services you request, meeting applicable legal obligations and protecting the legitimate interests of the store and its customers in security and reliable transaction records. Where processing requires consent, agreeing to the store’s Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated uses of your data.
You do not need to create an account to browse the catalog. Account and transaction information is needed to complete an account-based purchase and provide access to its downloads.
Browser storage
| Storage | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in cookie | Authenticated account access. | Authentication ticket: 8 hours, without sliding renewal. Browser persistence depends on sign-in settings. |
asseteka.cart.v1 | Protected cart selections across pages and sign-in. | Up to 30 days; rewritten when the cart changes. |
| Antiforgery cookie and form token | Protect form submissions from cross-site forgery. | Session security storage. |
asseteka.runtime-alpha-workflow.v1 | Remember your Straight alpha / PMA selection on this browser. | Local storage without an automatic expiry; remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. |
Clearing site data can sign you out and remove the local cart and download preference. It does not delete your account or purchases. The storefront does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Payment and service providers
Card details are entered on Monobank’s hosted payment page, not an Asseteka card-entry form. Asseteka receives transaction references, status, amount and currency needed to verify payments and process refunds. Do not send card secrets to support.
Service providers for hosting, file storage and delivery, account email and technical support may process information needed for those functions. Asseteka uses Cloudflare R2 for protected file storage. Payment providers process payment information under their own notices as well as the requirements applicable to the transaction.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals for this security check. Your email address and message are sent to our support mailbox so we can respond; the message itself is not sent to Turnstile. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Service providers may operate in countries other than your own. For information about providers involved in a particular service and the handling of your data, use our Contact form.
Retention and your rights
Retention depends on the purpose of each record: maintaining account and purchased-content access, resolving support or security issues, preserving transaction evidence, and meeting applicable legal or accounting requirements. The relevant factors include the life of the account or purchase, unresolved requests or disputes, and any legally required retention period. Preserving an order’s history does not itself mean that all associated personal information must be kept indefinitely.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, obtain portable data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained to comply with law or resolve claims. Identity verification should be proportionate to the request.
Send a request through the Contact form, identifying the account and the right you want to exercise. Do not send your password or payment-card details. Requests are assessed under the law applicable to the circumstances; requesting deletion does not automatically erase records that must be retained by law.
You may raise concerns with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and, where applicable, your competent data-protection authority.
